Update

Baby a turned seven months old last Thursday. He LOVES looking in mirrors, especially when he can see someone else (mommy!) in the mirror.

From 7 Months

We celebrated Easter with my family, and Asher got to join the cousins in the Bunny Ears picture. It's always a little difficult, but always cute. (mom, i think you got a better picture than I did, you need to send it to me!)





He's definitely crawling, though he can't quite keep up with his nine-month-old friend Jersey. He also can't crawl silently... he's always either talking or whining while crawling, for some reason it requires noise.

Since turning seven months, in just the last week he has decided that he's old enough to 1) fight for mommy when he wants to and 2) fall asleep in his own bed. He's strong enough now that he'll wiggle and squirm and fuss and reach when he wants mom and someone else has him. It's fun being the mom, but I feel bad for daddy.

The last two nights he's gone to bed perfectly. silently. I read a couple books, rocked, laid him down wide awake and squirmy and inside of five minutes he was fast asleep. Amazing. Now this middle of the night thing...
